RETURN POLICY

You can decide to return any PIKIWO item within 14 days from the delivery date, following the instructions below.

Complete the return form.

Ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all attached tags; otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund.

Affix the pre-printed and prepaid label to the original box (or another equally sturdy one) so that it covers the outer label.

For the Republic of Moldova, send the return to the nearest post office. If you have chosen courier return, please contact us. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the parcel will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

PIKIWO reserves the right not to accept your return in the following cases:

The item has not been returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the parcel;

The item was purchased for resale purposes;

The item has been returned used, washed, damaged, or with tampered seal(s) and/or label. Please note that the identification tag must be attached to the item with the single-use seal that is an integral part of the product;

The item received at our warehouse is not in the same condition as the original;

The item received at our warehouse was not purchased from PIKIWO and/or is different from the one purchased from PIKIWO;

The item was not delivered to the courier within 14 days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.

I LOST MY PRE-PRINTED RETURN LABEL. CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

CAN I SEND THE RETURN WITH A DIFFERENT COURIER THAN THE ONE THAT DELIVERED THE ORDER?

For all items sold and shipped by PIKIWO, you can choose a different courier from the one that delivered your parcel. You will need to send the return to the following address:

Please note that if you do not use our return label, pikiwo.com will not be responsible for any theft or loss during transportation;

Therefore, we suggest choosing a trackable shipping method. Additionally, if you have paid for the shipping costs for your order, we will refund you an amount equal to the Standard service level.

REFOUNDS

We typically accept returns within 3 business days from the delivery date at our warehouse. During peak hours, it may take up to 7 business days. After acceptance, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.

Refund periods vary depending on the chosen payment method:

Credit card: Our bank will refund you within 7 business days from the return confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer institution.

PayPal: The refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours from the return confirmation email.

Cash on delivery: The refund will be made via bank transfer to a bank account indicated in the Return Form. The refunded amount will be visible on the bank statement within 10 business days from the return confirmation email. Please ensure you have a bank account registered in the same country from which the order was placed.

Please note that returned items may be handled at different times, and corresponding refunds may occur separately.

I want to return a gift, who will receive the refund?

If the order was paid with PayPal or a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the account from which the payment was sent. For security reasons, we are not allowed to refund to a different account.

Can I receive a refund on a different card than the one used for the order?

For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different card than the one used for the purchase.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the size and/or color of the item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 30 days from the delivery date.

Complete the Return Form by selecting the “Exchange” option and choose a new size and/or color from those available: we will reserve the new item for you, and as soon as we receive the return, we will ship it at the earliest opportunity. At the time of shipment, you will be notified via email.

You can exchange the size and/or color of an item only once, but you can return it anytime following the return policy instructions.
