These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.pikiwo.com apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by Peekaboo SRL through the website.
To use the website properly, we recommend carefully familiarizing yourself with the Terms and Conditions presented herein. We reserve the right to make modifications to these provisions without prior notice.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned by Peekaboo SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of RM (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the website implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Peekaboo SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the customer and the seller is established based on Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Rights Protection, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the given Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.pikiwo.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 regarding the protection of personal data.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the website. Transmitting data over the internet or via wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, thus, they will do so at their own risk.
ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Order payment is possible with a credit card – upon receipt of the order, you will receive the fiscal receipt confirming the payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using the credit card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a more secure page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time unique code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the credit card used for the purchase.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is made in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
For payment, the following data will be requested:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiry date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on the payment card
All payments are processed in the national currency – MDL (Moldovan Lei). In case the currency of the operation differs from the payment currency, the amount of the operation is converted according to the exchange rate for card operations on the settlement day, of the issuing bank.
PRODUCT / GOODS / SERVICES DELIVERY
After registering the order, the buyer is provided with information regarding the estimated date of order delivery by couriers / delivery service.
Delivery within the city of Chisinau is made within 24-72 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 9:00 to 18:00 and is free for orders of at least 1000 MDL, for orders with a lower value, delivery is charged 45 MDL (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Moldova is made within 120 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Delivery is made from 9:00 to 18:00 and is free for orders of at least 1000 MDL, for orders with a lower value, delivery is charged 70 MDL (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or national holidays.
The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, legal holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you in case we encounter one of the isolated situations in advance.
You can choose any address for delivery – home, office, or any other address, without additional charges. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
RIGHT OF RETURN
According to the provisions of Law no. 105-XV dated March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of purchase. The funds will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
Items such as underwear and bedding, as well as hygiene articles, cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex no. 2 to Government Decision no. 1465 of December 8, 2003 (Official Gazette no. 248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision no. 1188 of November 2, 2007 (Official Gazette no. 175/09.11.2007).
Supplements, gifts, and discount coupons received during ongoing promotions must also be returned to the seller along with the returned product.

Return request processing time: 7 days
Return conditions: You can request the return of one or more items by completing the online return form within 14 days from the date of delivery. Ship the returns using a transportation service of your choice: the transportation costs are at your expense. Please note that you must ship the return package within 14 days from the date of delivery. The products you return must be in the same condition as you received them: unworn, unwashed, without signs of wear, stains, or tears, and must contain intact tags.
After evaluating the condition of the returned item, we will transfer the money to the customer within 5 working days. Products that do not meet the return conditions will be returned to the buyer only after the transportation costs have been paid in advance.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 regarding the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and is done based on and in accordance with legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automatic and manual), in compliance with legal requirements and under conditions ensuring security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects.
The service provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the website, to allow access to specific information, for order delivery, or to contact the consumer for delivery purposes. By this information, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided through browsing, using, and registering on the website www.pikiwo.com
Any information provided by the users and consumers of the website www.pikiwo.com will be considered and will represent explicit consent for the personal data to be used by the Provider.
The Provider will not disclose any of the data held to a third party without the consent of the data subjects and will not market, exchange, or disclose this data to other persons, except as provided by the current legislation (at the request of state public institutions, law enforcement agencies, courts, also authorized to process personal data).

The service provider meets the requirements for the security of personal data and ensures the protection of consumer data to prevent them from being lost, destroyed, distorted/falsified, or disclosed to third parties.
The employees of the service provider are obliged to respect the confidentiality of consumers’ personal data. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the authorized person of the Provider.
The Provider uses methods and security technologies in accordance with current legal provisions.
The Provider does not collect transaction-related information, such as card numbers, expiration dates, or country of origin.
